over zealous ?

On the train home yesterday, I decided to grab some much needed snooze time - only to find myself being woken up by the ticket inspector. He shook my shoulder and said "wakey, wakey" !! Not a bit of "excuse me sir" and certainly no recognition that I'd already shown my ticket twice to get on the bloody train in the first place. Now I'm all for cracking down on fare dodgers but this is too much. And if I hadn't still been half asleep I would have told him so !
